Refund Policy

At Soft Play Westchester, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our soft play rental services.

By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. Deposits & Payments

  • All payments made to reserve a date are non-refundable.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Payments are applied to your event date and rental package.
     

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than [7 days] before the event may use it towards a future event, valid for [6 months], subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within [7 days] of the event will be charged the full rental amount and no refund will be issued.

  • No refunds are given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
     

3. Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is allowed with at least [7 days] notice, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduled events must occur within [6 months] of the original date.

  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
     

4. Weather (Outdoor Events)

  • Client is responsible for monitoring weather.

  • If weather conditions are unsafe (rain, high wind, extreme heat), Soft Play Westchester may cancel or reschedule at our discretion.

  • Weather-related cancellations are eligible for reschedule credit, not refunds.
     

5. Setup Issues

No refunds will be provided if:

  • The setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, unclean, or different from what was described.

  • Client is unavailable at delivery time.

  • Event rules are violated resulting in early breakdown.
     

6. Service Interruptions

If Soft Play Westchester must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergency, you will receive a full refund or credit, at our discretion.
 

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Soft Play Westchester may result in additional fees and cancellation of services.
 

8. Policy Acceptance

By booking with Soft Play Westchester, client agrees to this Refund Policy.
